Constitution: Her fitness, endurance and strength.

This is one of your slave's statistics, which affects almost all aspects of the games, such as events, Contests, etc. As such, we will only list information pertaining to Daytime Actions and Night Actions here, in order to help plan your training course.

An important point is that this stat determines the number of Night Actions that your slave can have. The number of actions is calculated by floor(Constitution/30) + 3 which means 3 to 6 actions per night. Thus, it is advisable that you increase this stat as fast as possible in order to make training easier.
