V3:Brothel (housing)
The Brothel is one of nine different options for housing a player must choose between after creating their slave-maker but before training their first slave.
The player will not be presented with the option to choose to live in the Brothel unless they have the Brothel Madam advantage.

A working brothel with a few girls employed full-time. You earn a moderate income and can earn more by acquiring more girls and improving the place.
The church frowns on the place and you will be approached. You may also be approached by those demanding protection money...
Higher income if your slave works in the brothel for you, and such work is easier as she experiences the life more. Start with lingerie for your girls. -3 Refinement.

- Earns 19 gp each day in income (after rent).
- Start with Lingerie for each girl.
- Action: Brothel earns 10% more gp (1.1 multiplier).
- Action: Brothel requires 5 less Obedience to do.
- Slave Stats: -3 Refinement at the beginning of training.

Note: the in game descriptions for several houses are misleading, as some functionality is unimplemented, and some bugs are present. If it isn't listed under Effects and Special Events, then it doesn't occur. If there are contradictions between Effects and Special Events and the In Game Description, the Effects and Special Events is correct.
