Priestess Matsumoto is a follower of the Old Gods that you can meet when training Orihime or Felicia. She also appears as a slave available for training in the Slave Market.
While Orihime is cursed, you can randomly encounter her at the Town Center, Palace, or Slums. She will approach Felicia in the Town Center to attempt to convert her.
