Velvet is one fairy that you can randomly encounter when you Take a Walk at the Lake, during the night, but only during Aeris training. If you ask her for an Orgy and she accept, she'll become an Minor Slave permenatly. You can also ask her about Aeris' aura, wich is necessay for the Holy/Dark Queen Faerie Ending(s) path. Depending on your Charisma level, Aeris may have to fight her in Combat.
