A crystallized tear of an angel that helps her understanding.

This item can be acquired from a random encounter if your morality is 50 or higher, or if you choose Colette as your Assistant. This item is not available to followers of the Old Gods. Wearing this item will allow the slave to get the random angel encounter.

Slaves can have items that are only available for that slave. Examples of this are the Mute Braclet (in Custom 1) and Setra (in Custom 2) for Menace.
Demonic Bra[edit]

This bra can be acquired through a random encounter with Owner of a sleazy bar. Once equipped, this item cannot be removed. If the Slave Maker has Inhuman Ancestry or Cock of Demonic Origin, the bra will be equipped to the slave automatically. Equipping this item is necessary to get the demonic ending.
Demonic Pendant[edit]
Fills her dreams with visions of fucking.
This pendant can be acquired through a random encounter with a nun in the Palace, Port, Town Center, Slums or Forest. Equipping this item is necessary to get the demonic ending.
Dragon Ring[edit]
Gives her determination of a Dragon.
- Temperament + 20
This ring can be acquired through a random encounter with a Knight at the Palace if the slave's Temperament is 20 or higher.
Faeries Ring[edit]
Will slowly transform her into one of the faerie folk.
- Charisma +1 each day
- Sensibility +1 each day
- Fairy Transform/Fairy Affinity +1 each day once started
This ring can be acquired through a random encounter with a Faerie at the Lake or Forest, if your slave's Sensibility is 35 or higher. The ring will disappear if you see a captured Faerie at the Farm and don't rescue her.
You can also get the ring if you choose Lillymon or Saria as your assistant.
Handcuff Bracelet[edit]

Outfits[edit]
Outfits provide a variety of stat changes when worn. Additionally, they may have the following special effects:
- Acolyte's robes give a 5% bonus to money earned from Acolyte.
- Blessed dresses increase changes to Morality by 10% and provide an extra +1 morality and 10% more money from Acolyte.
- The dress may count as a Bunny Suit, Cat Ears, a Cat Tail, Lingerie, a Maid Uniform, and/or a Swimsuit.
- Courtly dresses give +1 extra Refinement from the Etiquette school, +4 points in the Lady of the Court contest, and will allow the slave to attend Lady Okyanu's party.
- Dance dresses give +1 extra Sensibility from the Dancing school.
- Demonic power dresses reduce changes to Morality by 10% and prevent the slave from doing Acolyte.
- Easy to move in dresses reduce changes to Tiredness by 25%.
