This drug will only work a few times, three times to be specific. After which, it will have the opposite or no effects.
Occasionally, the shopkeeper might offer a different version, which costs 100 more and might yield a partial demon transformation (a tail), as well as additional bonuses. One way to get this is to buy the drug three times in a row.
